David is a British freelance photographer based in Austin, TX, by way of a childhood on the tiny island of Alderney in the Channel Islands—where he first picked up a camera and never quite put it down. After running a portrait studio in East London and dabbling in running a Hollywood XR studio, he followed his heart (and a Texan in cowgirl boots) to Austin, where he now lives with their two spirited children. David shoots both film and digital, blending a director’s eye with a documentary heart to create portraits and commercial work that feel real, lived-in, and quietly cinematic
